Online Shipping Information
We offer FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the spring — we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders placed on the weekends will not be shipped until the following business day, so please take this into consideration when specifying shipping requests.
Some products are subject to shipping restrictions because of size or weight and may be delayed because of these reasons.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email with a tracking number link for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

* You can return an item you bought from the Tissue Box Cover Store within 15 calendar days after you received it.
* We pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error and you are exchanging it for the item you ordered (i.e. received an incorrect or defective item, etc). All other returns you are responsible for roundtrip shipping.

How to Set Up a Return
Please contact us to set up a return. Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt. If the time lapse between your original purchase and refund processing is greater than 60 days, we may refund your money via check or paypal. Otherwise, return credit will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method.
Please mail all returns to the address below. We highly recommend the use of a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx.

Return Policy Details
* No restocking fee.
* The product must be returned packed inside of a protective shipping box. Items returned in other than “like new” condition may be subject to additional restocking fees. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing credit.
* All returned items must be repackaged in the manner they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.
* Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items. If you received free shipping then actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
* International shipping costs are not refundable. The Tissue Box Cover Store does not cover any shipping costs for international warranty repairs or replacements.

How to Cancel an Order
Most orders ship within 24-72 hours. Please call us immediately if you should choose to cancel your order. We promise to make every effort to cancel your order before it ships.
* If we are unable to cancel an item before it ships, it will be subject to our standard return policy.

Because The Tissue ox Cover Store operates in the great state of Tennessee, we are required by Tennessee state tax codes to collect sales tax on merchandise or merchandise plus shipping and handling.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are not covered by Bavo.
